Mediteransko anticelulitno ulje / Mediterranean anti-cellulite oil

Ponekad su najjednostavniji pripravci najbolji za njegu i održavanje ljepote i zdravlja naše kože. Za današnje anticelulitno ulje vam trebaju tek dva sastojka, maslinovo ulje i ružmarin.

100 ml maslinovog ulja

2 žličice ružmarina u prahu

Maslinovo ulje i prah ružmarina pomiješajte u boci ili manjoj staklenci s poklopcem i ostavite dva tjedna na tamnom i hladnijem mjestu. Svaki dan promiješajte ili promućkajte ulje. Nakon dva tjedna ulje procijedite kroz gazu u čistu bocu ili staklenku i počnite koristiti.

Ulje nanosite na čistu kožu tri puta tjedno u periodu od bar dva mjeseca ili skroz do ljetovanja i celulit bi se trebao smanjiti. Nanosite kružnim pokretima na trbuh, stražnjicu i bokove, u početku nježno, a potom srednje čvrsto na mjestima s više celulita. Ostavite da djeluje 15-30 minuta i potom isperite. Nanosite li ga uvečer prije spavanja, tada ga utrljajte u kožu, obucite pidžamu i ostavite preko noći. Ne morate stavljati puno ulja na kožu, bitno je dobro ga umasirati i bolje je dozvoliti koži da upije koliko joj treba.

Što se viskoziteta maslinovog ulja tiče… Da, ima ulja koja će više dozvoliti ružmarinu upijanje, no meni je imperativ pokazati vam kako i sa sastojcima koje svi imamo kod kuće možemo svome tijelu podariti ljepotu, a i zdravlje. S druge strane, maslinovo ulje je odlično za kožu i sasvim će dovoljno dozvoliti ružmarinu njegovo djelovanje.

Želite li povećati upijanje, zamijenite maslinovo ulje kokosovim uljem ili recimo lješnjakovim uljem jer oba imaju odlično djelovanje na kožu.

Moram spomenuti da ovo anticelulitno ulje djeluje, kao i brojna druga anticelulitna ulja ili neke kreme i losioni, no ništa od toga svega neće pružiti optimalan učinak bez kretanja/rekreacije, pijenja vode i zdrave hrane. Uostalom, proljeće je, izađimo van!

Sometimes the simplest preparations are actually the best for maintaining the beauty and health of our skin. For today’s anti-cellulite oil, you only need two ingredients, olive oil and rosemary.

100 ml of olive oil

2 teaspoons of powdered rosemary

Mix olive oil and powdered rosemary in a bottle or a small jar with lid and leave for two weeks in a darker and cooler place. Mix or shake this oil every day. After two weeks, pour oil through the gauze into a clean bottle or jar and start using it right away.

Apply oil to clean skin three times a week for a period of at least two months or until the summer and cellulite should be greatly reduced. Apply circular movements to the belly, buttocks and hips – initially with a softer grip and then gradually increase it to more intense movements, especially on parts with more cellulite. Let it work for 15-30 minutes and then rinse.

You can also use the anti-cellulite oil in the evening before bedtime, then rub it in the skin, put on the pajamas and leave it overnight. You do not have to put a lot of oil on the skin, as the skin will absorb how much it needs.

What about the viscosity of olive oil? Yes, there are oils that will allow better absorption of rosemary, but it is my imperative to show you how to use these two ingredients we all have in our homes and how awesome they can be for our health and beauty. On the other hand, olive oil is great for the skin and will allow the rosemary to penetrate the skin well enough.

However, if you want to increase the absorption, replace olive oil with coconut oil or hazelnut oil, as both have excellent benefits for the skin.

I must mention that this anti-cellulite oil, as well many other similar oils, creams or lotions can provide great results, but you won’t reach optimal results without recreation, plenty of water and healthy dieting. After all, it’s spring, so let’s go outside!

Vitaminska maska za lice / Vitamin face mask

Proljeće nam je stiglo i sa sobom, kao i svake godine, donijelo toliko željeno sunce, ali i prekrasno procvjetalo bilje, kojeg je svakim danom sve više. To znači i više druženja i boravka na otvorenom pa je zato dobro krenuti s vitaminskom maskom za lice koja će u hipu ukloniti zimsko sivilo s lica.

Vitamini C i E su klasici u njezi kože, kako iznutra pa tako i izvana. Imaju jako antioksidativno djelovanje i pomažu u usporavanju znakova starenja kože, ali i poticanju stvaranja hijaluronske kiseline te kolagena.

Vitamin C potiče sintezu (stvaranje) hijaluronske kiseline u našem tijelu, a ona utječe na proizvodnju kolagena u tijelu. S druge strane, vitamin E njeguje i vlaži te poput vitamina C uništava slobodne radikale kako u tijelu, tako i na koži.

Imajte na umu, ova maska za lice nije za ljude s osjetljivom kožom. Osjetite li lagane trnce po licu, to je za očekivati jer vitamina C oksidira na zraku. Isperite lice vodom počne li vas maska peći.

Malo vode, negazirane mineralne ili termalne

Pomiješajte sve sastojke u posudi i ciljajte na teksturu kremaste paste. Dok je radite, maska bi se mogla pjeniti. Prstima je nanesite na prethodno očišćeno lice, izbjegavajući područje oko očiju, i ostavite pet do deset minuta da djeluje. Isperite mlakom vodom i potom lice nahranite uobičajenom hidratantnom njegom ili jednostavno pošpricajte termalnom vodom ili tonerom bez alkohola. Masku nanosite uvečer, jednom do dvaput tjedno.

This means more socializing and staying in the open so it’s a good idea to start with a vitamin face mask that will remove dull winter complexions from our faces.

Vitamins C and E are classic allies in skin care, both inside and out. They have a strong antioxidant effect and help slow down signs of skin aging and also stimulate the formation of hyaluronic acid and collagen.

Vitamin C stimulates the synthesis (formation) of hyaluronic acid in our body, and it aides with the production of collagen in the body as well. On the other hand, vitamin E nourishes and moisturizes, and like vitamin C, it destroys free radicals in the body as well as on the skin.

Bear in mind, this face mask is not for people with sensitive skin. If you feel slight tingling on your face, that’s okay because vitamin C oxidises in the air. Rinse your face with water if you’re experiencing a burning sensation.

1 tablespoon of vitamin C powder

5-6 drops of vitamin E oil – can also be olive oil or even sunflower oil

A little water, still mineral or thermal water

Mix all the ingredients in the bowl, until you get a cream paste texture. As you’re mixing the ingredients,, the mask could foam up. Put it with your fingers on a previously cleansed face, avoiding the eye area and leave it for five to ten minutes to do its magic. Rinse with lukewarm water and then nourish your face with the usual moisturizing care or simply spray with thermal water or alcohol-free toner. Apply the mask in the evening, once or twice a week.
